I, myself have trouble sleeping but not insomniac. I get frustrated sometimes I just bang my head on the wall or throw things around. Sometimes, I rotate like a clock. More power to you, once again, thank you. Thank you for this! I, myself have trouble sleeping but not insomniac. I get frustrated sometimes I just bang my head on the wall or throw things around. Comment on Daily routine and focus by Josh http://spottedwalrus.com/2005/12/17/daily-routine-and-focus/#comment-13 Mon, 19 Dec 2005 14:40:40 +0000 http://spottedwalrus.com/2005/12/17/daily-routine-and-focus/#comment-13 Hey David, getting married quickly put an end to the staying up until 2AM for me :) Mainly because she would get up at 6:30 for work and that would wake me up...so running on 4 hours of sleep didn't really cut it for me. But basically, I try to go to bed and get up at the same time every single day. I usually stop browsin' around 9:30 or so and then lay in bed until about 10:30 reading or something of the sort and then get up around 6:30. This brings me back to the word "routine"...that's a key here. A schedule really nixes a lot of the random 2AM nights.
